Al Thuraiyah for investment started
their business in 2002, its main tasks is to establish
Malls and commercial complexes, in
addition to
land development for housing purposes.
The company started establishing Maxim Mall in
July 2003, in Jabal Al Hussain area,
which is located in the middle of Amman
the capital of Jordan. The land area of
the Mall is 5 Dunums (5000 m2) while
building area is 30,000 m2 (of
seven different stories). and two
stories for car parking (10,000 m2).
The Mall consists of 3 floors of
shopping stores and 1 floor for
entertainment and a food court. and the
last floor is for the administration
offices and owner.
